About Us

Fran Villarmia-Kahawai, a native of Hawaii, has been involved in Real Estate since 1992. She graduated from the University of Hawaii with a BA in Marketing while completing several college-level real estate classes. She and her husband, Shawn, founded Lifehouse Realty in 2007 after developing and operating the General Brokerage and Property Management divisions for a large developer on Oahu for several years. Fran is active in real estate organizations and served in the following capacities: President and Director for the Honolulu Board of Realtors HiCentral MLS board and President and Golf Chairperson for the Hawaii Chapter of Certified Residential Brokers (CRB). Fran currently lives in Honolulu with her husband and three boys.

Shawn Kahawai, also a native of Hawaii, has been involved in Real Estate since 2004. He graduated from the University of Hawaii with a BA in Accounting. After college, he worked as an accountant for several local businesses before becoming the sales manager for a California lighting company. In 2004, Shawn was gently coerced into quitting his managerial job and joining Fran in real estate. Shawn resides in Honolulu with his wife and their three boys.

Michele joined Lifehouse Realty in 2016 from a large, national real estate company. Licensed since 2009, she brings her years of experience to PIL and is looking to grow her business even more. She is known as a compassionate and knowledgeable real estate agent to her client base. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Michele was in marketing and merchandising for a national department store chain and a major shopping mall. Michele resides in the Kapolei area with her family.

Licensed since 1989, Audrey brings her experience and knowledge to enhance Lifehouse Realty’s service to their clients. Audrey’s double digit years of experience in executive management and as a project leader further increases her effectiveness as a realtor. Audrey resides on the North Shore with her family and loves living in the country.

Since licensed in 1999, Robert has experienced changing market in Hawaii and on the East coast. He initially started his real estate adventure on Oahu then relocated to the East Coast where he experienced the real estate market in Florida and is back on Oahu. His construction management work also took him to the Middle East during . Robert is able to guide clients and offer them options as he couples his real estate experience with his life experience. Robert reside in Waikele with his family.
