There is a patio/lanai out of the master bedroom. In the
second bedroom there is no bed just an open room for guest.
If needed another bed could be provided
at an additional fee. Outside the second bedroom is another
lanai area that connects to the living room.

table for two, a sofa and love seat. There is a second
bathroom. In the kitchen is a dishwasher, disposal,
refrigerator and washer/dryer.
This unit does have two secured parking
stalls and the building is secured. This unit is just a
couple of blocks from the beautiful beaches of Queen Surf (waikiki
beach) and the Honolulu Zoo.
This unit is available for rent on a
month-to-month basis of $2,500 per month plus taxes (12%)
plus electricity charges.
If you wanted to rent it for 4-6 months
the rent would be $2300 per month plus taxes (12%) plus
electricity charges.
If you wanted to rent it for a minimum of
6 months the rent would be discounted to $3000 per month
plus taxes of 4.5% plus electricity charges.
